Our community wide projects are focused on improving health through prevention, education and lifestyle changes. The Common Table helps combine resources to increase efficiency and outreach, and reduce duplication of effort.

Aligning Forces for Quality (AF4Q)

AF4Q, an initiative of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, is working toward aligning all stakeholders in the health care industry to utilize performance measurement and reporting in helping consumers make better-informed health care decisions, and to raise the quality of care received throughout our entire community.

Chartered Value Exchange

Healthy Memphis Common Table is one of 25 organizations in the country to be designated by the United States Department of Health and Human Services as a CVE, which provides access to new tools and resources for implementing a value-driven health care market at the local level.
