Healthy Memphis Common Table

Welcome!

The Healthy Memphis Common Table (HMCT) is a non-profit collaborative with more than 200 community partners and 1,000 individual members working together to unite the community to achieve excellent health for all. HMCT is working to improve both health and health care in Greater Memphis by bringing together health care providers, consumers, insurers, employers, governments, schools, neighborhoods, faith-based organizations and others around a "common table" to address community health problems that no one organization can overcome alone.

HMCT initiatives include reducing obesity and diabetes, reducing disparities in health care and educating patients about quality care and how to access it. HMCT has also been recognized as a promising national model for a regional health collaborative by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

HMCT will be announcing its new community-wide plan in upcoming months to help everyone take charge for better health. So, check back soon for our latest news or sign up below to receive our updates.
